Each player is allowed one goat21 account only. Duplicate accounts will be suspended. All PKR balances and winnings in duplicate accounts may be voided at goat21's discretion.
goat21 operates entirely in Pakistani Rupees. Deposits, bets, winnings and withdrawals are all denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is applied to player balances.

2.1 Age requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any services on goat21. goat21 does not permit access to anyone under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
2.2 Verification. goat21 may request proof of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents when requested may result in account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals and forfeiture of any balances held.
2.3 Personal use only. goat21 accounts are for personal entertainment use only. Using the platform for commercial purposes, operating on behalf of a third party or allowing another person to use your account is not permitted.
Important: If we have reasonable grounds to believe a player is under 18, we will suspend the account immediately, freeze the balance and conduct an age verification review. Winnings accumulated during this period will be withheld until verification is complete.
3.1 One account per player. Each individual may hold only one active goat21 account. If you attempt to open a second account, both accounts may be suspended and balances reviewed. goat21 uses technical and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts.
3.2 Accurate information. You must provide truthful, accurate and complete information when registering. This includes your full name, date of birth and contact details. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.
3.3 Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. goat21 will not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
3.4 Account closure. You may close your goat21 account at any time by contacting the support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed through the standard withdrawal procedure. goat21 also reserves the right to close or suspend any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms.
3.5 Inactive accounts. Accounts that have shown no login or transaction activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. goat21 will attempt to notify you before any administrative fee is applied to an inactive balance.
4.1 Supported methods. goat21 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer (including HBL, MCB, UBL, Meezan Bank and other major Pakistani banks), Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as made available from time to time.
4.2 Currency. All deposits are accepted and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). goat21 does not apply any currency conversion. The PKR amount you deposit is the amount credited to your account balance.
4.3 Deposit limits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the Deposit page. goat21 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at its discretion and may impose additional limits for responsible gaming purposes.
4.4 Own funds only. You must only deposit funds that belong to you. goat21 does not accept deposits from third parties or from funds obtained through unlawful means. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.
4.5 Processing times. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers and card deposits may take longer depending on the payment provider. goat21 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing times.
5.1 Withdrawal methods. Withdrawals are processed via the same payment method used for the original deposit where operationally possible. Supported withdrawal routes include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer. Full details are available on the Withdrawal page.
5.2 Verification before withdrawal. goat21 may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard procedure to protect players against fraud and unauthorised withdrawals. Requested documents must be submitted within the timeframe specified by the support team.
5.3 Processing times. goat21 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Withdrawal page. Processing times may vary depending on the withdrawal method chosen and any verification requirements.
5.4 Minimum withdrawal. A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed on the Withdrawal page. Withdrawal requests below the minimum amount will not be processed.
5.5 Bonus restrictions. Withdrawal of funds that are subject to active bonus wagering requirements is not permitted until the wagering conditions are met. Attempting to withdraw locked bonus funds before meeting requirements may result in the bonus portion being removed from the withdrawal amount.
6.1 Accepted bets. Sports bets placed on goat21 are accepted subject to availability of the market at the time of placement. goat21 offers betting on Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series), Football, Esports and other sports as available.
6.2 Bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the goat21 platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. It is your responsibility to check the details of your bet — selection, stake amount in PKR and odds — before confirming.
6.3 Void bets. Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, postponement beyond the specified settlement window, technical errors resulting in incorrect odds being displayed, or events determined to have been the subject of match-fixing.
6.4 Odds changes. Odds are subject to change until the point at which a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet. goat21 is not responsible for odds movements between the time you initiate a bet and the time it is processed.
6.5 Maximum winnings. goat21 reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits on individual bets or across specific markets. These limits are available in the betting section of the platform.
6.6 In-play betting. Where in-play or live betting is offered, additional rules may apply. goat21 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice.
7.1 Game availability. The goat21 Live Casino and Slots library is subject to availability. Individual games may be removed or made temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, licensing or other operational reasons without prior notice.
7.2 Game rules. Each Casino game and Slot has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of a game before placing a bet.
7.3 Technical malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and stakes returned to the player's account. goat21 will not be liable for any claimed winnings arising from a technically faulty game session.
7.4 Live Casino rules. In Live Casino, the decisions of the live dealer are final once the round has concluded. Disputes arising from game outcomes must be raised with the support team within 24 hours of the session in question.
8.1 Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers are subject to individual eligibility criteria, which will be stated in the specific promotion terms at the time of the offer. goat21 reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion.
8.2 Wagering requirements. Most bonuses carry wagering requirements, meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements applicable to each bonus are stated in the promotion terms.
8.3 Abuse of bonuses. Using multiple accounts, exploiting system errors or coordinating with other players to abuse bonus offers is strictly prohibited. goat21 reserves the right to void bonuses, winnings derived from bonuses and to close accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse.
8.4 Expiry. Bonuses that are not used or wagering requirements that are not met within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired bonuses are not reinstated.

9.2 Setting limits. You are encouraged to set deposit and spending limits from your account settings before you start playing. Limits you set voluntarily take effect immediately and cannot be reduced for a cooling-off period after they are set, to prevent impulsive changes during a session.
9.3 Self-exclusion. Players who feel they need a break from gaming can apply for self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are applied promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Contact the support team to activate self-exclusion.
